  1. I read the article "the Man Who Transformed Nintendo". It's a shame that Hiroshi Yamauchi passed away. He was the reason why the Nintendo company is so successful, even I have a NES console, and they were made before my time. Who knew the company started out as a card manufacturer in the 40's?

  2. I just read the article "Grand Theft Auto V' makes $800 million in 24 hours, poised to become world's fastest-selling game" and this article was really interesting. They mentioned that Grand Theft Auto has been one of the fastest selling game ever made.It sold 800 million dollars all in one day. Pretty amazing right? Not even movie tickets sell that much all in one day when a new movie comes out. Grand theft Auto 5 was a huge success and an outstanding game to play.

  3. I read the article: "The man who transformed Nintendo, Hiroshi Yamauchi, has died at 85." I am shocked, because I found out he was the former CEO of Nintendo only a month ago. He was the man that transformed the company Nintendo from a playing cards company to a company that makes video games. His legacy is still alive, as Nintendo continues to sell consoles and handhelds to this day.

  4. I Just read the article "Daring Fireball" which is about apples 2 newest inventions which are the iPhone 5s & also the iPhone 5c. Apparently Apple says that the iPhone 5c is not really that interesting when it comes down to new technology on the phone it is basically a phone really designed for fashion because of its many colors in stock. However The iPhone 5s seems to be another technical apple "Triumph".

  5. I read ,"iOS 7 downloads causing network outages at several school campuses, activation server failures". Everyone is trying to download the new apple software update and it is causing network problems for some college campus. This is upsetting many Apple owners but the apple company is aware of this and will soon fix it.

  6. I read the article "Google’s Calico: Extending Human Life?". Google has developed a new program called "Calico" Calico intends to extend human life by focusing on health and aging. Why is Google trying to solve death? What do they want to achieve? Guess we will find out in the future.

  7. I have read the "Sony bullish on PlayStation 4 sales" article which states that Sony wants to sell 5 million units by the end of March 2014. Some think that it is very high but I believe they can make it. They already have 1 million pre-order sales. There are also others who want to get it but cannot pre-order. Lets wait and see.

  8. I read the article "Court:Facebook 'like' is protected by the first amendment". People feel that liking certain pages on face book is another form of freedom of speech, stated in the 1st Amendment, should not be able to be appealed by a court. I agree because no one should be able to dictate what and/or who's pages you area able to "like" on a social network.

  9. I read the article "Grand Theft Auto V". It has officially been declared as the fastest selling game in history. With over $800 million dollars in selling on its very first day, it puts Grand Theft Auto V closer to the $1 billion mark faster than any game. I personally have played the game and find that it meets the hype that it has been receiving these past few days, I enjoyed it.

  10. I read the article "Grand Theft Auto V". This new game has made over $800 million dollars already and it hasn't been on the market for a week yet. This game is possibly one of the fastest selling games ever. I haven't played the game yet, but I look forward to my chance at playing one of the fastest selling games yet.

  11. The news I read about was "Apple devices vulnerable to attack via bogus charger". It is talking about a charger that can infect the phone. It can give the phone a virus just but connecting it to the charger. I do not think it is a good idea to have your apple product connected to this charger.

  12. I read the article "Apple Missed the Best use for a Fingerprint Scanner". They did not install probably the one thing that can get your iPhone back if it gets stolen, A Fingerprint Turn Off. Every cop or theft victim or, frankly, person with a functioning human brain, knows that the first thing any iPhone thief does now is turn the phone off, so that you can't track down the phone with Find My iPhone, But if they need a Fingerprint to turn it off then they will be found with the tracker.

  13. I read the article: "Google announces Calico, a new company focused on health and well-being". Google apparently announced Calico that will focus on people's health. They did this to extend human life. A new vocabulary I learned from the article is entrepreneurs, which is like a businessman.

  14. I read the article "iOS 7 downloads causing network outages at several school campuses, activation server failures." Students from many schools have been experiencing network problems because so many people are trying to update their OS all at once. Schools like NYU, Michigan University and Western Connecticut State University have experienced WiFi issues but they haven't said if it was because of the iOS 7.

  15. I read the article "YouTube Getting Ready to Let You Watch Videos Offline." In about a month, Google will let users save videos to their phones for up to 48 hours. They're doing this so that people can watch YouTube videos in places where you can't connect to the internet. The videos will still be free, but Google will run ads on the clips.

  19. I read the article and i'm happy that there's a new iPhone coming out. But people are not taking it so well. They think it will cause problems. But i'm looking forward to seeing the finger print that they gonna put on the phone so now when someone steels your phone they can track it.

  20. The iPhone 5s and the iPhone 5c are the almost the same thing because they are from the same company and they do the same thing. But the only difference between them that one is a plastic and the one other isn't. And the price is the only difference between them to, as well.

  21. I read and learned about the long anticipated game, "Grand Theft Auto V "achieved 1 billion dollars in sales in the first week of the game being out which surpassed any movie released this year besides "Iron Man 3". With the game being 60 dollars with 100 hours of gameplay and a average movie being 20 dollars for 2 hours that gives a reason to get the game instead of watching the movie. This is also a good reason to say why video games are good.
